Reducer-band mill with merry-go-round system and rotary gang for secondary break down

This type of sawmill is compact and with the merry-go-round system it gives high cutting capacity. The sawline is not suitable for curve sawing but the thin kerf in the band saw will partly compensate for the loss in saw yield.

The sawline can run at a feed speed up to ca 100 m/min which gives an annual volume up to ca 50.000m³ sawn timber per shift with average log volume = 0,2m³ and log length 4,2m

A high effective saw line focused on low staffing and maximum saw yield. The high saw yield is created by: The aligning precision in the log optimiser, the thin kerf in the band saw, curve sawing and the high cutting flexibility in both band saws and the two rotary gang saws.

The sawline can run at a feed speed up to ca 100 m/min which gives an annual volume up to ca 115.000m³ sawn timber per shift with average log volume = 0,2m³ and average log length = 4,2m.

The sawline is cost effective with high performance qualities. The log optimiser and curve sawing give high sawing yield. Only one rotary gang gives shorter sawmill building and by that lower building investment but lower also the flexibility in the secondary break down. The sawline can run at a feed speed up to ca 120 m/min and offers therefore even higher capacity than the sawline described above.

Despite that this type of sawline is probably more suitable for sawmills with somewhat lower capacity need, up to 100.000m³ sawn timber per shift with average log volume = 0,2m³ and average log length = 4,2m.
The sawline can very easily be completed with a profiler for the secondary boards.
